Thank you for being a supporter of abmbworkouts.com. I've been getting a lot of constructive criticism lately and it's lead to growth so I figure why not put out some gems for growth today based off God's word.
The Weekly Word includes 3 elements.
1. My ‘Why’ behind the Verse chosen
2. How it relates to me personally throughout life in general and an exercising stand point.
3. An option for YOU to reflect in the same way I do whether you want to speak on both life and exercise or life by itself. The choice is always yours!
The ‘Why’ behind this weeks Verse:
I've been getting a lot of constructive criticism lately and it's lead to growth so I figure why not put out some gems for growth today based off God's word.
How It Relates to My Life:
You tried medication , recreational drugs, alcohol, and even therapy. Get into whatever you want to get into on your time & it’s really your business but after trying all of those things, why not try consistently eating healthy/ exercising to change how you feel short term & especially long term, whether it’s depression , medical conditions or both. On top of that you improve your quality of life as far as what goes on within your body. I’ll give a prime example. Say, someone is diabetic or prediabetic . There are medications out there that help increase insulin levels but present potential risks of harming the health of your heart. On the other hand consistently exercising and eating healthy combats insulin resistance along with increasing heart health. You see, after I spent time going to meetings and developing relationships with doctors who practice holistic medicine I learned that the traditional method of western medicine which we are used to is all systematically set up to keep us as 'just another number' vs personally addressing what we need. Holistic doctors focus on natural herbs, improving nutrition, addressing body awareness/ mindfulness and emphasize including a consistent exercise program. Think about it, most doctors we visit are so quick to prescribe a pill despite the side effects. The pharmaceutical industry is booming for a reason. It’s a partnership behind closed doors so much so that a hospitals rate of success is determined on how many patients they see vs how many patients they actually successfully cure. Then our major insurance companies are willing to partner with doctor/ physician offices that practice western medicine. This is why a lot of holistic doctors are private practitioners and only people of a certain demographic are able to come out of pocket to pay them. I’m thankful that I have developed close personal relationships with a couple of them that do practice holistic medicine and they opened my eyes to the point that I began adding other variables to my health conscious lifestyle such as acupuncture. Just like this scripture states “...you need guidance to wage war”. So , please be open to this guidance given today if you are currently at war with yourself whether it’s your mental health, physical health or both. We all have to be open to advice , especially when it creates opportunity for us to better ourselves, despite the age of the person giving it. I know some of y’all are in the same age group as me or even years older than me but I give my all to my goal in contribution to change the way the world looks at health & wellness. I feel obligated to share my growth in hopes that it plants a seed in growth toward any aspect of your life. Our health is the most important part of it because it is life. I’ve been blessed to help people transition from prediabetic to normal A1C levels & I also helped people get off of medications / various health conditions from my programs. Find a method and stick to a method of dedicating yourself to a health conscious lifestyle.
You’re already a step ahead if you follow abmbworkouts.com so I got y’all!
-I wish y’all nothing but continued blessings & success.
How It Relates to My Workouts:
I had to begin my exercise program based off of advice prior to me developing my own exercise routine that worked for me after studying and dedicating myself to learning about the human body.
