'Weekly Word' October 20th- October 26th

Thank you for being a supporter of abmbworkouts.com. " I feel like our individual lives are just a reflection of the energy we project.

The Weekly Word includes 3 elements.

1. My ‘Why’ behind the Verse chosen

2. How it relates to me personally throughout life in general and an exercising stand point.

3. An option for YOU to reflect in the same way I do whether you want to speak on both life and exercise or life by itself. The choice is always yours!

The ‘Why’ behind this weeks Verse:

Speaking things into existence is really the first phase in getting that you desire. We hear that phrased in so many different ways and it almost can sound like a broken record at times but it's the truth. I know it because I'm now blessed to live it as things unfold in my life.

How It Relates to My Life:

As I am blessed to climb higher and higher in my journey, I am noticing more and more how I have a lot of thoughts. I have occurrences where I begin to envision things as I'm walking back and forth in my living room. That's a habit I've always had. When I think on something , I then begin to move as my mind races. Like, I literally ball my fist up and clinch my jaws as I get overwhelmed with passion. The passion comes from me picturing the massive success on stages, picturing how my family's life will be, picturing the world knowing the abmbworkouts.com brand and just bottling all of this excitement in. Those thoughts are now different realities that are now unfolding right in front of my eyes because I decided to speak on it. I decided to talk and use the power of that self-affirmation on top of putting that energy out to the universe. Now, with faith and hard work combined I am seeing a different side of life that I always knew was possible but didn't become a part of my personal life until l spoke it to life. If you want better in your life, do better and most importantly have Faith and speak better. I shifted my beliefs in common one-tracked thoughts. They say "it could be worse" I also say "It will get better". If God says the tongue has that much power then it's not much else more that needs to be said. No matter how tough it looks for you , just see it as a test of Faith in regard to how bad you want it. So, read this again and repeat after me. "It could be worse & It will get better".

How It Relates to My Workouts:

I often say "I am strong, I can get through this" out loud when I'm exercising by myself!
